INTRODUCTION
DmcFlavor is a computational platform for predicting integrated food and herb multi-flavor profiles from chemical composition. It supports both single-compound and mixture-level submissions and predicts five flavor attributes: bitter, pungent, salty, sour, and sweet. Users can upload compound information or constituent lists from foods and herbs. The system analyzes flavor profiles, identifies major flavor-contributing compounds when contribution data are available, and provides interpretable results for integrated flavor evaluation and food-therapy research.
Note: Compound–health effect analysis is available only for records containing valid PubChem CIDs.
