INTRODUCTION

   DmcFlavor is a computational platform for predicting integrated food/herb multi-flavor profiles from chemical composition. It supports both single-compound and mixture-level submissions and predicts five flavor attributes: bitter, pungent, salty, sour, and sweet. Users can upload compound information or food/herb constituent compound lists, and the system will analyze flavor profiles, identify major flavor-contributing compounds, and provide interpretable results for integrated food flavor evaluation and food therapy exploration.

NOTE: Flavor-health effect analysis can only be performed after uploading PubChem IDs.
